Darrell Joyce

With numerous television appearances under his belt, Darrell’s hilarious and fast-paced style of comedy whips audiences into a frenzy. His quick wit and social commentary,
once dubbed “Theater of the Mind”, is one of the most entertaining shows in comedy today. Audiences worldwide agree!

"All of us need a good laugh from time to time," Darrell says, before taking the stage for another one of his poignant and hilarious shows. With razor sharp wit, he can bring a crowd to tears (of joy) as he shares his observations about life with all its inborn humor.

Nothing is off limits for Darrell, who finds humor in just about everything, including the myths perpetrated by females, the subject of his first book, "MisInformation: The Female Perpetuated Myths About Men."

A native of Columbus, Ohio, Darrell is constantly on tour these days, playing to packed houses throughout the U.S. He is also in high demand on the cruise ship circuit, entertaining guests young and old with his hilarious insights.

"I like to think of my show as comedy therapy," says Darrell. Audiences who have been lucky enough to attend one of his performances would readily agree that laughter is indeed the best medicine.

Darrell has opened for the likes of Chris Rock, Tommy Davidson, Dave Chapelle, Gilbert Godfried and D.L. Hughley. He's also been the opening act for performing artists Gladys Knight, The Beach Boys, The Righteous Brothers and Weird Al Yankovic.
